Active Care Group is recruiting a compassionate Support Worker to join a brand-new team supporting an 80-year-old RAF veteran in his family home in Mere, Wiltshire.

You will assist with daily living, manage complex respiratory care needs, and help maintain independence and meaningful activities in the community. A driving licence and access to transport are required, with full induction training provided.
