Active Care Group is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join a brand-new team supporting one client in his family home in Mere, Wiltshire. You will provide complex respiratory care support, companionship, and help maintain independence, with specialist training from Lane Fox Remeo Unit and ongoing clinical guidance.

This zero-hours role requires a driving licence and access to transport due to the rural location, with opportunities for ongoing development and support from clinical leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care is preferred.
• Must have a driving license and access to transport.
• DBS check will be paid; induction provided.

Responsibilities

• Support client at home and in the community to maintain independence.
• Provide companionship and encourage activities.
• Follow clinical guidance and liaise with nursing team.
• Complete regular documentation and care records.
