Superior Healthcare is seeking a Complex Healthcare Assistant to support an individual requiring 24-hour ventilatory assistance. The role emphasizes warmth, energy, and the ability to engage in conversation to build meaningful connections and improve quality of life.

The ideal candidate will be sociable, calm under pressure, and compassionate, with a commitment to patient-centred care and supporting independence wherever possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months UK-based care experience.
• Tracheotomy care experience preferred but not essential.
• Full Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Show the client dignity and respect at all times.
• Refer to and follow care plans to ensure person-centred care.
• Advocate for the client in line with company policies and procedures.
• Take initiative to improve quality of life and build community connections.
