Job summary

NurtureCare is seeking a Complex Care Healthcare Assistant to support a young woman with complex health needs at home in Nottingham. You will provide full daily living support, health monitoring, personal care and compassionate, person-centred care in a family home with close collaboration with family and clinical teams.

We look for kind, reliable carers who can follow detailed care plans, manage health changes and document care accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with complex health needs.
• Familiar with ventilation, PEG feeding, epilepsy care and safe moving and handling.
• Ability to follow detailed care plans and clinical guidance.
• Willingness to complete client-specific training and competency assessments.
