Job summary

Diverse Abilities is seeking a caring Complex Care Assistant to support young adults aged 18-25 at various locations across the region. You will provide person-centred care, assist with daily routines, and help with feeding and nutrition while following individual care plans.

We encourage applicants who are adaptable, compassionate, and eager to learn, with a UK driving license and prior care experience. Training and safeguarding commitments are emphasized throughout the role.

Qualifications

• UK Manual driving license.
• Experience providing personal care.
• Willing to undergo DBS check.
• Able to work across varied locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, person-centred care following each individual care plan.
• Offer compassionate personal care and support with daily routines for ages 18-25.
• Assist with nutrition needs - helping with eating, drinking and mealtime enjoyment.
• You will be required to work across varied locations.
