HomeEase Support Services CIC is looking for a caring and reliable Community Support Worker to help older and disabled people remain independent in their own homes in Birmingham. Duties include companionship, light domestic tasks, shopping and errands, simple meal preparation, wellbeing checks and practical day-to-day assistance. No personal care is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide companionship and light domestic support.
• Capacity to run errands and assist with shopping.
• Willingness to perform simple meal preparation and daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to older and disabled clients.

• Help with shopping and errands in the local area.
• Perform wellbeing checks and daily living support.
