Job summary

Care Santé Limited is seeking a part-time care and support worker to join our Nottingham team, providing in-home care to vulnerable adults. The role covers mornings, evenings and night shifts, with alternate weekends, and offers training and progression opportunities.

You will help with personal care, mobility, meals, medication support, and light domestic tasks, in a supportive home environment. Right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required, but genuine compassion and strong communication are essential.
• Ability to solve problems and adapt to changing needs of service users.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, respectful care to adults in home settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care (washing, bathing, toileting).
• Support mobility and use of aids and equipment.
• Perform domestic tasks (beds, tidying, laundry, light cleaning).
• Prepare meals and drinks and help with eating.
• Assist with medication administration.
• Provide end-of-life care support when needed.
