HealthJobs4U Ltd in Maidstone is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join a friendly team on a part-time, zero hours contract. The role involves home support for a young male client with brain injury, accompanying him to appointments, shopping, and leisure activities, and assisting with pet care.

The ideal candidate has experience in community care and brain injury support, holds a full UK driving licence with own car and insurance, and is eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in community support or social services.
• Experience supporting individuals with brain injury and/or anxiety.
• Full UK driving licence with access to your own car and business insurance (essential)

Responsibilities

• Support a young male client with traumatic brain injury, seizures, and fatigue.
• Assist with daily home tasks and accompany client to appointments and activities.
• Provide calm, patient support and maintain personal space while encouraging independence.
• Assist with pet care and community outings as part of care.
