Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a cleaning staff member to ensure that the location is clean, pleasant and safe for residents and customers in both home environments and communal areas.

You will follow health and safety procedures, use cleaning products correctly, and comply with COSHH guidelines while maintaining confidentiality and protecting vulnerable adults. Applicants must have legal right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Customer service NVQ2 or equivalent.
• Safe use of cleaning products and materials.
• Familiarity with cleaning procedures and carpet cleaners.
• Understanding of data protection and safeguarding vulnerable adults.
• Knowledge of COSHH and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure location is clean, pleasant and safe for customers in home or communal areas.
