Circle HR is seeking a Female Children’s Support Worker for a part-time role in Borehamwood, supporting two children aged 10 and 7 with learning and physical disabilities in their family home. The role includes after-school sessions and a weekend daytime slot, with focus on personal care and therapy tasks.

We value calm, patient, and intuitive individuals who are passionate about helping children with additional needs. A valid driving licence and access to a car are required for this position.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with children with complex behavioural presentations would be ideal.
• Experience supporting with incontinence management and pad changes would be beneficial.
• Positive and calm, patient and intuitive approach to supporting children.

Responsibilities

• Support E and L with after-school routines and observations, including therapy programmes.
• Assist with personal care and daily activities as part of the family’s routine.
