ILS Case Management in the UK is seeking proactive Support Workers to help a 25-year-old client with physical and developmental needs. You will provide daily care, assist with activities, and work with a multidisciplinary team in a home setting.

The role requires reliability, compassion, and a proactive attitude. A full driving licence is preferred, and shifts include days and waking nights with some weekend work.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or care experience is essential.
• Experience with complex medical needs is beneficial.
• Ability to work as part of a small team and support family.

Responsibilities
