Job summary

OneCall24 Healthcare Limited in Bedford is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide complex care to three clients in a small, supported living service. You will assist with daily living, mobility, therapy sessions, community activities, and ensure safety, dignity, and independence.

We require a valid UK manual driving license, comfort in water, and a commitment to person-centred care. Full-time hours are offered following probation, with full training and excellent pay.

Qualifications

• Valid UK manual driving license.
• Comfortable working in and around water.
• Commitment to person centred care and positive outcomes.
• Full-time contracted hours available following successful probation.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily living, community activities and therapy sessions to promote safety and independence.
• Promote independence, dignity and choice in their daily lives for three clients in a small, supported living service.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and wheelchair use, including cerebral palsy and learning disability support needs.
• Administer and record medications accurately as part of daily care.
