You will help ensure that our care services are of a consistently high standard and undertake general day-to-day activities in the home. Reports to Nurse/Senior Support Worker.

Qualifications

• Caring and patient nature is essential.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Previous carer experience preferred, not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain residents' personal care needs with dignity and independence.
• Ensure high standard of care services and assist with day-to-day tasks.
• Report to Nurse/Senior Support Worker.
