Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help maintain residents' personal care needs with dignity and respect. You will promote independence and work within a caring team to deliver high standards of care across the home.

You will be supported by nurses and senior colleagues, with opportunities to develop skills while contributing to residents' comfort and wellbeing in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Caring, patient and compassionate approach to residents.
• Clear, respectful communication with residents, families and colleagues.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Previous experience as a carer is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents with dignity and respect.
• Promote independence and well-being in daily activities.
• Maintain high standards of care and safety in the home.
• Assist with general day-to-day tasks as required by the shift.
• Report to the Nurse/Senior Support Worker for guidance and updates.
