Job summary

Limewood Care Home in Stafford is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide high quality, person-centred care within a specialist complex care setting, supporting residents with a range of physical and mental health needs.

You will assist with daily routines, personal care, mobility and meals, following care plans and maintaining independence, safety and dignity, with both day and night shifts available.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to follow individual care plans and maintain high standards of hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, person-centred support for residents with complex needs.
• Assist with daily routines: personal care, mobility and mealtimes to promote independence while ensuring safety and dignity.
• Follow care plans and contribute to a calm, well organised setting.
• Build positive relationships with residents and work closely with the team to support wellbeing.
