No prior experience is required as we provide training and development to help you grow in your career. We offer full-time, part-time, and bank shifts with days, nights, and waking nights.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to follow care plans and report changes promptly.
• Commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care in line with best practice, legislative requirements, and company policies.
• Support clients to maintain personal skills, hobbies, and independence.
• Follow individual Care Plans and report changes to Senior Carers, Nurses, or Managers.
• Promote and safeguard the welfare of all clients.
• Encourage clients’ connections with family, friends, and the local community.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Communicate effectively to ensure seamless, high-quality care.
• Support clients’ relationships with people important to them.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities.
• Act as a role model for other carers and demonstrate professional conduct.
