Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar care role (desirable)
• NVQ Level 3 in Healthcare Support or equivalent (Valid Care training certificates, Practical Moving & Handling certificate)
• A compassionate, patient, and reliable nature
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents
• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to nursing staff
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment
• Maintain accurate care records
