Job summary

Peabody is seeking a Care Support Worker to help individuals live independently, confidently, and joyfully. You will assist with daily routines, encourage hobbies, and provide a warm, compassionate presence, ensuring people feel safe, heard and empowered.

No prior care experience is required; we will provide training and support. Roles include full-time 37.5 hours and part-time 15 hours, with interviews on 19th & 20th November 2026.

Qualifications

• Kind, compassionate approach.
• Good communication and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a 24/7 rota, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and overnight shifts.
• Full, clean UK manual driving licence is essential.
