Peabody is seeking a Care Support Worker (Female Only) to help people live independently and with dignity. You will provide practical and emotional support, promote independence, and help individuals stay connected to their communities.

We value attitude, compassion, and a willingness to learn. The role requires flexibility across evenings, weekends, and nights within a 24/7 service.

What You Need to Know

• This is a 24/7 service, so flexibility is essential, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and waking nights.
• A full UK manual driving licence is essential.
• A satisfactory DBS check is required.
• Previous care experience is welcome but not essential. We value your attitude, compassion, and willingness to learn above all else.
