Job summary

Cornerstone is hiring to support three individuals with disabilities in their home, helping them live life their way. You’ll provide daily support, encouraging independence and choice, with tasks from cooking meals to managing finances.

Responsibilities

• Supporting three individuals with disabilities in their own shared home, helping them live life their way.
• Support each individual with everyday needs while encouraging them to make choices and develop skills.
• Support everyday life at home, including cooking meals together.
• Provide person-centred support with personal care, medication and managing finances.
• Support people to enjoy activities like choir, bowling, arts and crafts and music.
• Get out and about in the local community with walks, group activities and days out.
• Encourage independence, confidence and new experiences.
• Build positive relationships.
