Your Life Your Way in Northwich is seeking a Care Support Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centred support for a client based in Barnton and Winsford. You will receive full training and earn £13.45 per hour on day shifts or £8.72 per hour for sleeping shifts, with 24 or 36 hours per week.

The role focuses on independence, daily routines, companionship, and community activities. Pre-employment checks including an enhanced DBS are required; you must have the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities
