Job summary

Your Life Your Way is seeking a Caring Care Support Assistant to join a dedicated team in Winsford. You will receive full training and a competitive pay rate of £13.45 per hour after training, supporting a client with compassionate, person-centred care throughout your shift with minimal travel between sites.

You’ll spend your whole shift with one person, no travelling between sites, just focused, meaningful support.

About the Role

As a Care Support Assistant, you will receive full training to help you thrive in your role and gain confidence in providing quality care. After training is completed, you will receive a competitive rate of pay of £13.45 per hour.
