Your Life Your Way in the United Kingdom is seeking Care Support Assistants to help a cheerful young gentleman living in his own home in St Helens. You will deliver person-centred care, promote independence and work within a supportive 2:1 team setting with full initial training and ongoing guidance.

Shifts include day, waking night, and sleep-in hours, with a focus on compassionate, respectful support. Responsibilities include daily living support, health and care tasks, and community access

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not offered by Your Life Your Way.
• Ability to provide person-centred support with empathy.
• Good communication, handover and record-keeping skills.
• Willingness to undertake mandatory, clinical and client-specific training.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living, personal care, routines and community access.
• Assist with joined-up health and care tasks after training, including medication support.
• Support moving, handling, and comfort checks in a safe home.
• Maintain records, handovers, and clear communication with the team.
