Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support families in making important care decisions. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, voicemail and online enquiries with empathy, guiding customers through the enquiry process.

This is a 12-week temporary assignment with potential to become permanent, working full-time hours between 8:00am and 6:00pm on weekdays and weekends on a rota. Training is provided and you will join a supportive team making a real difference.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Compassionate, patient and empathetic.
• Previous customer service experience in call centre, retail, hospitality, healthcare or similar.
• Can remain calm and professional in sensitive situations.
• Confident using computer systems and updating customer records.
• Willing to work weekends on a rota basis.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, voicemails and online enquiries.
• Listening to customers with empathy and understanding their needs.
• Providing reassurance and guidance throughout the enquiry process.
• Booking care home show rounds and appointments.
• Managing enquiries from first contact through to admission.
• Scheduling follow-up calls and maintaining accurate records.
• Liaising with care home teams to coordinate appointments and assessments.
• Handling calls from relatives, suppliers and job applicants professionally.
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience at every stage.
