Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef to deliver high-quality food service in the home and with meal service to residents.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety and hygiene in the kitchen and with all equipment.
• Clean and wash workstations, equipment, utensils and any items used during meals.
• Assist the Housekeeping Supervisor with providing refreshments for residents and guests.
• Ensure dining areas are clean and well-stocked.
• Be organised, keep records, and able to follow recipes.
