Reporting to Nurse/Senior Support Worker, you will contribute to consistently high standards of care and take part in everyday activities. Previous carers welcome but not essential, and you will be supported by a team that puts people at the heart of the business.

Qualifications

• A caring and patient nature.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work well under pressure.
• Previous experience as a carer is preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain personal care needs of residents while respecting dignity and promoting independence.
• Ensure care services are of a consistently high standard.
• Help in caring for residents and undertake other general day-to-day activities in the home.
