Job summary

Quantum Care is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain high standards of cleanliness across our homes, ensuring residents are safe, comfortable and have a welcoming environment through a compassionate, person-centred approach.

You will perform a full range of housekeeping and cleaning duties, assist with laundry, follow health and safety policies, and contribute to a positive, respectful atmosphere. DBS check and training are provided; weekend/Bank Holiday enhancements apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain high cleaning standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene and infection control.
• Reliable, flexible with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of housekeeping and cleaning duties across rooms, bathrooms and communal areas.
• Assist with laundry duties including replenishing linen and supplies.
• Follow health and safety policies and procedures.
