AA Euro Healthcare is seeking experienced agency relief Support Workers for our well established clients in Dorset. You will provide personalised support with personal care and daily living activities, ensuring residents lead fulfilling lives in line with their care plans.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing and grooming, administering medications, and supporting social engagement while maintaining dignity and independence for each resident.

Formación

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or Care certificate required.
• One year experience working with adults with physical & intellectual disability.
• Up-to-date Medicines Administration training.
• Up-to-date Safety Intervention training.
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medication according to prescribed schedules.
• Care is individualized to each resident’s needs and aligned with care plans.
• Maintain residents’ dignity and independence and ensure they are treated with respect.
• Encourage residents to interact socially and participate in activities.
