Job summary

Co Active Limited is recruiting Health Care/Support Assistants for Spurfield House and the Exeter area. Join a growing group delivering person-centered care to residents in a brand-new care home, with comprehensive training and ongoing support.

We offer excellent hourly pay bands with annual uplifts, weekend and bank holiday enhancements, and a route to progression. Expect a supportive team, DBS checks, and flexible weekend work where required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in care is welcome but not essential.
• Willing to learn and complete training, including the Care Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal and practical care to residents.
• Support residents with daily living activities (washing, dressing, toileting, mobility, meals).
• Maintain dignity, independence, and wellbeing and follow care plans.
