Job summary

Care Outlook is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant in Worthing to provide compassionate personal care and support daily living tasks, helping improve clients' quality of life. Shifts run 07:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00 and 22:00–07:00.

We offer full-time and part-time roles; training is provided to ensure you are competent and confident in your care delivery. We provide £12.71 per hour, pension, 28 days annual leave (pro rata for part-time), and funded NVQs in Health and Social Care, with opportunities

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care (washing, toileting, dressing, etc.)
• Observing, monitoring and record keeping
• Assisting with light Housekeeping tasks
