Care Outlook is seeking a dedicated Health Care Assistant in Reading to provide personal care, support daily living tasks, and build trusting relationships with elderly and vulnerable clients in their own homes.

The role offers flexible shifts, including weekends, training upon joining, DBS cost covered, and staff benefits such as a mobile phone and paid holidays. Full and part-time hours are available, with 28 days leave pro rata.

Qualifications

• Caring, reliable, patient and compassionate.
• Flexibility to support people in their own homes.
• Willingness to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.).
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and recording keeping.
