Job summary

Care Outlook is seeking Care Assistants to support vulnerable adults in our Eastergate Extra Care Scheme, PO20, providing compassionate personal care and building strong relationships with residents in a welcoming team environment.

Shifts include 07:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00; full-time and part-time roles available. Training is provided to ensure confident, competent, and outstanding care delivery from day one.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Strong communication and observational skills are important.
• Ability to build rapport with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (washing, toileting, dressing).
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe living environment.
• Observe and record changes in residents' health and wellbeing.
