Job summary

Purley Gardens Care Home, part of Avery Healthcare Group Ltd, is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant. You will deliver personal care, support the wider care team, and help residents maintain comfort and dignity on a daily basis.

No prior experience required as an induction and training programme is provided; a DBS check and proof of right to work in the UK are required. This on-site role offers opportunities to learn and grow within a values-driven home.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; full induction and training provided.
• Must have a DBS disclosure check; cost covered by employer.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care to residents.
• Support the care team to ensure continuity of services.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene while promoting independence.

• Follow safe working practices across tasks.
