Keane Premier Healthcare is seeking a caring and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Scotland. The post offers a fixed-term contract with potential progression to permanent roles in other homes. Training and support will be provided to help you succeed.

We require candidates to have or be willing to obtain PVG Scheme membership and SSSC registration, and to have right to work in the UK. Benefits include wellbeing support, career development and other employee perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is advantageous but not essential; full training provided.
• PVG Scheme membership (or willingness to obtain) and SSSC registration (or willingness to obtain).

Responsabilités

• Deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred care that promotes dignity, choice and independence.
• Support people with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, nutrition and mobility.
• Encourage independence and participation in activities and engagement.
• Build relationships with people, families and colleagues, providing companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor health and wellbeing and report concerns to a senior colleague.
• Maintain accurate care records and daily charts.
• Respond promptly to call systems with a caring approach.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
• Follow infection prevention and safeguarding procedures.
• Contribute to a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
