Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care and support residents with daily activities.
• Recognise and respond to clinical risk areas (e.g., weight loss, falls, infections) and escalate appropriately.
• Treat residents and visitors with courtesy, dignity and respect at all times.
• Follow safe systems of work across tasks to ensure resident safety.
