Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment in Milford on Sea is seeking a committed Support Worker to join a leading nursing home. You will provide high-quality personal care, promote residents' well-being and support daily activities in a warm, homely setting.

An NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent is required, with good communication, teamwork and record-keeping. The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, with pension, training and DBS support.

Qualifications

• Must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience in care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
• Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship
• Encourage independence, well-being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times
