Job summary

Home Instead East Hampshire & Midhurst is hiring Care Assistants to support clients at home. You will complete two days of initial training and receive ongoing development while delivering high-quality care with kindness and respect.

Key requirements include a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, and availability for morning and evening shifts as well as weekends. A competitive hourly rate is offered with paid training and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, monitor health, and support social engagement.
• Encourage independence and assist safe mobility in the home.
