Job summary

Home Instead is seeking Care Assistant & Companion (Permanent) in Fareham. The role offers hourly pay of £13.30–£14.85 with paid mileage and varied shift times (Morning, Afternoon, Evening). You will visit regular clients at their homes, offering companionship, meal prep, light domestic tasks, and personal care.

Applicants must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to a vehicle. We provide training, mentoring, and local client assignments tailored to your interests.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and plan days out for clients.
• Prepare meals and assist with light domestic duties.
• Accompany clients to shopping or appointments.
• Support with personal care as needed.
