ICare Group is seeking caring and reliable individuals to support four gentlemen in a Blackpool-based Supported Living Service. The role includes daily living support, personal care, medication assistance, and community engagement, within a warm, team-based environment in Blackpool (FY1 2AQ).
Shifts vary, with full induction and paid shadowing shifts provided; training and ongoing development are available to help you support independence and improve lives.
Qualifications
- Previous care experience welcome but not essential; full training provided.
Responsibilities
- Providing daily living task support and routines
- Providing personal care where required
- Administering or supporting with medication as per care plans
- Encouraging independence and choice
- Supporting attendance at appointments and community activities
- Promoting social inclusion and community engagement
- Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks
- Completing care records and documentation accurately
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Building positive professional relationships with the people you support
- Working as part of a dedicated and supportive team
