Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Knowledge of health and safety, including moving and handling and COSHH.
• Able to work efficiently under a demanding workload.
• Demonstrate care, respect and accountability towards residents.

Responsibilities

• Support catering in food preparation and maintain kitchen hygiene.
• Ensure safe production of meals and beverages for residents.
• Contribute to team working and respond promptly to instructions.
• Advise on supplies and ordering of replacement goods while respecting residents.
