Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist a group of female adults in daily living. You will provide personal care, help with daily activities, and support independence in a person-centred environment.

The role is part-time with 18 hours per week and includes shifts from day to night. A driving license is needed for day shifts; DBS check is provided. The position offers progression opportunities within a supportive charity.

• Medication Administration
• Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
