Job summary

Holmes Care Group is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our residential care teams across Scotland. This role offers a 35-hour week, focusing on compassionate daily assistance and meaningful engagement with residents and their families.

You will support residents physically, emotionally, and socially, while collaborating with colleagues and managers to maintain high standards of care. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Providing excellent care and support to residents.
• Assisting residents in all aspects of their care needs, e.g. physical, emotional and spiritual.
• Providing support and guidance to family members.
• Engaging in day-to-day activities and providing companionship to residents.
• Maintaining good communication and developing effective working relationships with other team members.
