Job summary

Holmes Care Group is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents with daily living and personal care in a welcoming home environment. You will work as part of a compassionate team, delivering high-quality, person-centered care with respect and dignity.

The role involves assisting with activities, maintaining communication with residents and families, and supporting colleagues to create a safe, warm environment. Permanent positions available with training and development provided.

Qualifications

• SSSC registration (Scotland only)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide person-centered care

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent care and support to residents
• Assisting residents in all aspects of their care needs, e.g. physical, emotional and spiritual
• Providing support and guidance to family members
• Engaging in day-to-day activities and providing companionship to residents
• Maintaining good communication and developing effective working relationships with other team members.
