Cera Care is looking for dedicated Care Assistants to support clients in their daily living with compassion and respect. Your role focuses on personal care, companionship, and enabling independence while following care plans and safety protocols.

Training and development through the Cera Academy help you build core skills and progress in your career. You will use the Cera Technology app to streamline admin tasks and stay connected with the people you support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including washing and dressing
• Support with meals, light housekeeping and medication reminders
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Follow care plans and document observations as required
