Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK and able to communicate clearly in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in Health and Social Care is desirable but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, eating, and mobility.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, helping them maintain a good quality of life.
• Follow care plans tailored to individual residents' needs, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and homely environment for residents.
• Assist with moving and handling residents using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Support the nursing and healthcare team by monitoring residents' wellbeing and reporting changes.
