Beaumont Health Care in Northern Ireland is seeking a caring Care Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, personal care and emotional support. No prior care experience is required as full training is provided, and applicants from people-focused backgrounds like retail or customer service are welcome.

Residents are encouraged to live independently while receiving practical and emotional support, helping them feel at home.

• Understanding residents' communication needs and adapting support

• Full training provided; experience in retail/customer service acceptable
