Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to follow directions and work with residents with dignity and respect.
• Willingness to be flexible and cover a range of responsibilities on short notice.
• Experience not required; a thorough induction and training programme is provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care and contribute to the care team to ensure continuity of services for residents.
• Assist residents with all aspects of personal hygiene to maintain independence, dignity and respect.
• Identify clinical risk areas (weight loss, pressure sores, falls, infections) and escalate promptly and appropriately.
