• Assisting residents in personal hygiene to ensure independence, dignity and respect.
• Identify clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls, infections and escalate when needed.
• Interact courteously with residents and visitors, respecting dignity and individuality.
• Follow safe systems of work across all tasks.
