Qualifications

• Experience is not required; a thorough induction and training programme is provided to ensure confidence in the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care and support the care team to ensure continuity of services for residents.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene to maintain dignity and independence.
• Recognise and address clinical risk areas in residents and escalate identified risks promptly.
• Treat residents and visitors courteously, respecting their dignity and individuality.
• Follow safe systems of work across all assigned tasks.
