• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to follow instructions and be adaptable on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care and assist residents to maintain independence.
• Recognise clinical risk areas and escalate risks promptly.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene and maintain dignity and respect.
